Education
M. Bradley Carter earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Oklahoma in 1992. He then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Oklahoma City University, graduating in 1995. In 2017, he obtained a Masters of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
Memberships and Affiliations
As a dedicated Oklahoma attorney, Brad is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Oklahoma Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He is also a member of with the Chickasaw Nation Bar Association and the Seminole Nation Bar Association. He is further affiliated with the Oklahoma Association of Municipal Attorneys and has extensive experience in municipal law. He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
